GSA TELESERV II
uantum Technology Group LLC, has been awarded a 5 year GSA Nationwide PBX, Cisco VoIP, and Cabling infrastructure Maintenance Contract, TeleServ II. The purpose of this nationwide program is to establish a streamlined approach through the resultant contract vehicle to provide support services, minor telecom related cabling services, telecommunications equipment, customer premise equipment, telephone instruments to include Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) devices, and associated labor; such as cabling, labor hours for repair or programming/ reprogramming of equipment, data racks and patch cords to Federal Agencies within CONUS. Additionally, this requirement is intended to capture related emerging technologies to telecommunications.
Teleserv II is a fully competed Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) direct order/ direct bill non-mandatory dual award contract for a five year period, one base year and four option years; except for labor hour services which may be ordered on a time material basis.
How is Teleserv II beneficial to federal agencies?
The contract offers telecommunication equipment, labor, and maintenance service in direct support to federal agencies in CONUS. The contract allows the federal agencies the ability to place orders $3,000 or less directly with the vendors or seek the assisted service offered by the GSA/FAS Nationwide staff. Any order higher than $3,000 must go directly through GSA. This initiative will provide federal agencies the ability to procure comprehensive telecommunications equipment and services, that will streamline the ordering and management of projects and services, and ultimately lower the total cost of commercial products and services.
Customers contract with pre-approved vendors and benefit from “most-favored customer” pricing with GSA Schedules (also referred to as Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) and Federal Supply Schedules (FSS)

How to Order through Teleserv II
The preferred methods of placing orders will be Direct Order/ Direct Bill (DO/DB), with the customer ordering form, and being directly billed by the contractor; GSA receives a small fee for use of the contract. Assisted acquisition by GSA will also be offered on a per-task basis, with the GSA fee being negotiated with the requesting agency.
